You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for any activities that occur under your account. Users can register as a "Regular User" to submit photo polls or vote for the best photos of other users. They can also register as a "Content Creator" to publish photo polls (free or paid, with a monthly subscription system allowing access to their private content at a price of their choice) or vote for the best photos of other users.

The user certifies that the information provided during registration is authentic and personal. Registration on the site is reserved for persons aged 15 and over.

2.2. User Content

The following content is strictly prohibited. The user community is encouraged to report any prohibited content, and each report will be rigorously investigated, potentially leading to content removal or user banning in case of recurrence.

• Pornographic content.
• Content featuring minors under 13 years of age.
• Violent, defamatory, extremist, political, drug-related, or content encouraging violent acts.
• Any commercial or advertising content that is not part of a specific partnership with Choose My Pic.

Regular users of Choose My Pic make their content accessible to all other users. However, Content Creators can blur their selected poll photos, reserving them for paid monthly subscribers.

It is strictly forbidden to use any content or element (including text, images, or screenshots) from Choose My Pic that you did not create yourself, whether for commercial purposes or not. Any use, regardless of intent, is considered disrespectful to other users and constitutes illegal use.

2.3. User Conduct

You agree not to use www.choosemypic.com in any way that violates local, national, or international laws. By uploading or submitting content on www.choosemypic.com, you retain ownership of that content, provided you are the legitimate owner. By sharing your content, you confirm that you have the necessary rights to do so.

By submitting your content, you grant www.choosemypic.com a non-exclusive, free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use it for research purposes. This includes the use of your content and all associated data by www.choosemypic.com's staff or contractors, in whole or in part, in any format or medium known or developed in the future. Additionally, we may publicly share aggregated figures or statistics including your content.

This license can be assigned or sublicensed to affiliates or successors without further approval. In case www.choosemypic.com is acquired by another entity, this license would be transferred accordingly, although this situation is not anticipated in the near future.

We reserve the right to remove any content that we deem to violate these Terms, without notice or liability. Violations may lead to the deletion of your account, without compensation or refund.
